Convert inbound healthcare leads, re-engage older prospects, qualify needs and buying intent, and close sales of compliance services. Follow a structured sales process, overcome objections, maintain CRM records, meet activity and revenue targets, and coordinate handoffs with internal teams. Use CRM, call tracking, reporting tools, and AI-supported workflows to drive consistent follow-up and conversions.

Lead national consumer marketing to build awareness and adoption of safe home sharps disposal. Develop brand, category, and omni-channel acquisition programs (SEO, paid search, social, email, content, PR, influencers). Measure CAC, conversion, engagement, retention, utilization, and LTV. Build partnerships, public awareness campaigns, and scale consumer growth programs while reporting to the CEO and collaborating with executive leadership.

Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership by designing dashboards, building predictive models, automating reporting, analyzing KPIs across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Logistics, and delivering actionable insights to improve performance and profitability.
