PureWay is seeking an experienced outbound sales professional to win new business from a defined portfolio of targeted healthcare, commercial and regulated-waste accounts generally estimated below $50,000 in annual revenue. This is a telephone-first, full-cycle inside-sales position for someone who can move confidently from prospecting and discovery through proposal, acceptance and onboarding.
In addition to named target accounts, you will receive authorized affiliate-member and other approved outbound campaign opportunities. Responses generated by your assigned accounts and campaigns remain part of your portfolio. This is an intentional outbound role; general website inquiries, routine reorders and customer-service matters are handled by other PureWay teams.
What You Will Do
· Pursue assigned named accounts in targeted industries, including multi-location healthcare and regulated-waste organizations.
· Conduct consistent telephone-first outreach to assigned affiliate members and other approved campaign prospects.
· Respond promptly to engagement generated by assigned target accounts and BDE-owned campaigns.
· Reach the appropriate decision-maker and establish a documented next action.
· Map decision-makers, locations, purchasing authority and service requirements within targeted organizations.
· Conduct discovery concerning facility type, waste streams, current provider, timing and purchasing requirements.
· Recommend appropriate sharps, regulated medical waste, pharmaceutical waste, mailback, pickup and related PureWay solutions.
· Prepare and deliver proposals using approved pricing and commercial terms.
· Advance opportunities through follow-up, acceptance, account setup and activation.
· Maintain accurate activity, stage, value, next action, forecast and disposition information in Zoho.
· Complete required onboarding information and coordinate a clean handoff to the appropriate support team.
· Coordinate an orderly handoff to an Enterprise Sales Executive for opportunities expected at $50,000 through $1 million annually or to the Enterprise Sales Director for opportunities expected above $1 million.
· Build and maintain qualified pipeline sufficient to support the annual new-revenue goal.
· Achieve new-revenue, new-customer, conversion, pipeline and profitability expectations.
· Share useful customer, market and competitive feedback with PureWay leadership.
