Analyzes scrap, rework, and repair data to report nonconformance costs and collaborates with stakeholders to ensure compliance with aerospace requirements and standards.

Develop scalable full-stack applications using React or Angular, backend technologies, relational and NoSQL databases, REST and GraphQL APIs, AWS, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code. Integrate generative AI and LLM capabilities, apply software architecture and testing practices, and use Git and agile methodologies. Lead technical initiatives, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with Product, UX, and QA teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

Designs and leads NICE CXone and LiveVox architectures for voice and digital customer experience channels. Develops solution designs, call flows, routing plans, integrations, migration and cutover strategies, and disaster recovery approaches. Oversees CRM, ERP, workforce management, quality, analytics, and telephony integrations. Conducts design reviews, resolves complex platform issues, drives AI and automation improvements, optimizes performance, leads root cause analysis, and advises clients on cloud migration and CX transformation.

Conduct hands-on validation and characterization of camera, optical, and imaging systems in laboratory environments. Build fixtures, execute manual and regression tests, configure and troubleshoot devices, capture and analyze image data, and evaluate image quality metrics including noise, sharpness, exposure, and dynamic range.
