- Concession Treatment (answering and writing)
- Non Conformity (NC) Treatment and ALB (Airbus Logbook) resolution
- Managing Non Conformities (MNCs) and Concessions, including design assessments and validations.
- Providing Design Liaison and Design for Manufacture support, including preliminary QSR, DQN, and WQN investigations and green quality gate achievement.
- General knowledge, understanding and use of all relevant specific Airbus documentations and specifications as: Acceptance criteria (installation instruction), Tool guideline (VPM, ASR, SAP…), Suffix and ASR use and Specific guideline (flushness…)
- Knowledge of Non conformity declaration for structural parts and assemblies.
- Understanding of aerospace design principles and airworthiness requirements.
- Knowledge of metallic and composite design principles.
- Knowledge of Airbus processes and procedures relating to design (RSDP, SIDP, AP, ABD, AIPI, AIPS, etc..).
- Experience of using Airbus Supply (DocMaster, Airnavx etc.).
- Valid Airbus training certificates in SAP, VPM and PASS SSI.

Job Description
- Manage E2E (End to End) work flow, concession preparation, writing, validation and co-Ordination with stake holders
- On-Call/On-Duty support (standby and active, weekdays and non-weekdays) and Shopfloor support
- Technical studies, 3D part Design, Flight Test Support, and Special Instruction (SI) management.
- Review concession data for completeness and accuracy.
- Analyze deviations from engineering drawings, specifications, standards, or process requirements.
- Co-ordinate with Quality team for any clarifications required related to Non conformances.
- Liaise with multiple functions to ensure most appropriate repair solution is met with consideration to cost, time, performance, and installation requirements.
- Coordination with Supply chain on the availability of rare repair fasteners before finalizing the disposition
- Provide disposition decisions (use‑as‑is, repair, rework, scrap, return to supplier).
- Identify repeating issues and escalate for corrective action
- Propose design improvement to Engineering on repetitive defects and manufacturing teams to strengthen process controls
- If required, Design Special parts to resolve nonconformity.
- Review concession and recommend for design change request if nonconformity is caused by design issue.
- Manage engineering data, documentation, and deliverables in compliance with quality and configuration requirements.
- Support digital continuity initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement in design and communication processes.
- Serve as a technical representative for onsite‑offshore coordination, addressing queries, Return to Task(RTT) clarifications, and technical escalations.
Required Qualifications (Non-negotiable requirements)
- BE / BTECH/MTECH/MS or equivalent degree (Aerospace/ Mechanical Engineering).
- 5-10 years of hands on experience in Material Review Board Design
- Previous AIRBUS concession experience.
