Oversee a portfolio of Class A+ multifamily communities in San Antonio, including property operations, staffing, leasing, resident relations, maintenance standards, budgets, reporting, marketing, safety compliance, and business-plan execution. Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise Community Managers and property personnel while supporting resident retention, customer service, policy enforcement, and asset performance. Travel to properties as needed to provide operational, staffing, and property-condition support.

Supports daily operations of a 360-unit residential community, including leasing, maintenance coordination, resident relations, policy enforcement, records, reporting, events, and marketing. The role addresses resident concerns, collaborates with vendors, assists with occupancy and leasing performance, and helps maintain a welcoming, safe, and well-operated community.
