Supports SAP Finance and Controlling applications by analyzing finance requirements, configuring and testing solutions, troubleshooting issues, improving business processes, and supporting implementations, upgrades, integrations, documentation, and user training. The role collaborates with finance users, global SAP teams, and cross-functional stakeholders while developing expertise through structured training and mentoring.

Administer cost accounting, production costing, inventory valuation, month-end close, standard-versus-actual cost tracking, margin analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and inventory reconciliation. Establish material, labor, and overhead standards; evaluate new product cost models; identify obsolete inventory; and recommend actions to improve plant cost competitiveness. The role requires collaboration across departments, strong ERP transaction knowledge, and advanced Excel skills.

Manages Toyota automotive OEM accounts, develops customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, oversees RFQs and commercial documentation, maintains pricing, resolves customer issues, supports APQP and quality activities, manages financial open issues, conducts competitive analysis, and contributes to forecasts, savings plans, presentations, and contract negotiations. Requires extensive automotive OEM sales experience, Toyota e-Portal knowledge, strong communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and worldwide travel availability.

Manages key automotive OEM accounts, develops customer relationships, identifies new business opportunities, and resolves commercial and technical issues. Oversees RFQs, pricing, customer documentation, forecasts, financial issues, contract negotiations, and cost-reduction initiatives. Collaborates with program management, engineering, manufacturing, quality, suppliers, plants, and global teams to meet project cost and timing targets. Supports APQP planning, customer ratings, warranty matters, and executive presentations while maintaining accurate commercial records.

Support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, HRIS administration, reporting, and employment-law compliance. Manage hiring activities, employee records, investigations, performance improvement processes, training sessions, and compliance initiatives including EEO reporting, ADA accommodations, and FMLA administration. Provide guidance to employees and managers while maintaining confidentiality and accurate HR data.

Leads new automotive product and program launches from China R&D transfer through US plant ramp-up. Coordinates cross-functional manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and production teams; manages launch timelines, plant readiness, trial production, equipment commissioning, training, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, customer approvals, quality issues, engineering changes, costs, and post-launch stabilization. Requires automotive manufacturing project management experience, technical process knowledge, and English proficiency; Mandarin and PMP certification are preferred.
