Provides process engineering support for industrial projects, including reviewing and approving drawings, designing process equipment and piping systems, specifying and procuring equipment, ensuring code and safety compliance, and estimating project work. The role is assigned onsite at a client facility and requires collaboration across disciplines, strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and effective project and time management.

Collect and analyze corrosion data for pressure vessels, piping, and storage tanks. Evaluate corrosion rates, damage mechanisms, cracking, leakage, and VOC escape causes. Develop and maintain Corrosion Control Documents, support risk-based inspection assessments, and review process safety management activities including MOC, PHA, and accident investigations. Recommend improvements for plant corrosion issues and collaborate with inspection, maintenance, and cross-functional teams.

Leads site and field operations for specialty industrial maintenance services, including staffing, training, mobilization, customer relationships, safety compliance, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and performance improvement. Oversees multidisciplinary teams and services such as bolting, induction heating, rotor repair, and field machining while maintaining safe, high-quality, profitable delivery.

Provides onsite administrative support, including accurate data and time entry, invoice and work order processing, expense reporting, database updates, phone coverage, mail handling, and reporting. Uses Microsoft Office and Adobe while coordinating with cross-functional teams, correcting data errors, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting daily office operations.
