Builds and maintains Power BI dashboards, paginated reports, semantic models, and automated data workflows focused primarily on manufacturing analytics. The role writes SQL and DAX, validates data accuracy, gathers stakeholder requirements, translates business questions into insights, presents findings, and supports self-service reporting. It collaborates with data engineering, software development, executives, and manufacturing leaders while monitoring report performance and data quality.

Produces visual stories through videography, video editing, photography, interviews, motion graphics, and creative direction. Develops concepts, storyboards, shot lists, and multimedia content for marketing, recruiting, internal communications, case studies, and brand awareness. Regularly travels to jobsites and industrial facilities to capture project and employee stories, collaborating with technical teams and marketing stakeholders. Manages production from concept through final delivery while maintaining organized content libraries and brand standards.

Designs and maintains Microsoft Fabric data pipelines, medallion Lakehouse architecture, data models, governance, orchestration, and quality processes. Integrates ERP, HRIS, MRP, finance, project, employee, service, and manufacturing data into reliable data products. Supports reporting, business intelligence, AI and machine learning use cases, including RAG and vector embeddings. Troubleshoots pipeline issues, manages Fabric capacity and documentation, and collaborates with analysts, data scientists, developers, DevOps teams, and business system owners.

Provides administrative and organizational support to project managers and business unit leaders. Maintains project plans, drawings, schedules, documents, permits, meeting records, proposals, and operating and maintenance manuals. Coordinates project meetings, vendor information requests, owner training, and project closeout activities while helping keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Supports industrial project teams by developing cost reports, maintaining work-in-progress and phase-to-budget forecasts, tracking actual and billed costs, analyzing variances and trends, and forecasting costs at completion. The role aligns work and cost breakdown structures, prepares earned-value and actual-cost reports using Spectrum and P6, audits automated reporting, and collaborates with project managers to communicate changes and maintain accurate monthly owner and project-controls reporting.

Provides entry-level technical and administrative support to Project Managers on automation and construction projects. Assists with design, material selection, estimating, proposals, budgeting, procurement, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, quality control, customer communication, and project documentation. Attends jobsite and internal meetings, tracks action items, supports compliance with plans and specifications, and helps maintain customer relationships and project performance.

Develop BIM/VDC software tools, Revit Add-Ins, and Autodesk integrations to improve construction workflows. Responsibilities include application design, coding, debugging, testing, documentation, automated testing, CI/CD deployment, Git collaboration, code reviews, troubleshooting, security practices, and training team members.

Creates detailed mechanical construction documents, design drawings, 3D models, general arrangement drawings, and fabrication and installation documentation for industrial systems. Collaborates with engineers, customers, project teams, and other trade designers. Uses AutoCAD-based tools to model equipment, piping, and specialties, interprets P&IDs and process flow diagrams, coordinates design work, maintains CAD expertise, and supports project deadlines and field requirements.

Develops and maintains industrial project schedules, work breakdown structures, baselines, cost reports, forecasts, risk logs, and progress tracking tools. Monitors labor productivity, project performance indicators, changes, delays, and subcontractor schedules. Coordinates with project managers, foremen, estimators, owners, and subcontractors; leads schedule meetings and provides project health and impact analysis. Requires construction knowledge, scheduling expertise, Primavera P6 proficiency, strong Excel skills, and periodic job-site travel.

Manages building automation projects from estimating and design through installation, commissioning, documentation, and owner training. Serves as the primary customer contact, coordinates engineering, field labor, subcontractors, scheduling, submittals, change orders, project financials, and customer satisfaction. Supports sales, cross-selling, revenue forecasting, and long-term customer relationship development. Requires knowledge of building automation and HVAC systems, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel or relocate.
