Supports aerospace sales activities by assessing customer needs, preparing quotes, coordinating with customers, vendors, and internal departments, and maintaining strong service and relationship management. The Quality Engineer II manages quality control systems, audits, corrective actions, supplier performance, customer complaints, and quality metrics. They analyze nonconformances, coordinate internal and external audits, interpret technical data and drawings, and apply quality methodologies such as MSA, FMEA, and cause-and-effect analysis. The role works cross-functionally with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain aerospace quality compliance and drive continuous improvement.

Supports regional sales accounts through customer relationship management, order entry and tracking, quotation and RMA coordination, issue resolution, CRM maintenance, account reporting, and sales process execution. Manages tail accounts, handles customer inquiries, collaborates with supply chain and internal stakeholders, qualifies leads, and assists with revenue and quota goals under senior team guidance.

Monitor customer inventory usage, establish and maintain contracts in ERP systems, run shortage reports, manage contract expirations, prepare status and inventory reports, maintain accurate records, collaborate with sales, procurement, and supply chain teams, and identify process improvements.

Supports the sales team with scheduling, travel coordination, customer order processing, fulfillment coordination, sales reporting, CRM and document maintenance, customer inquiries, pricing and product information, proposals, and general administrative tasks. Supports full-cycle recruitment across U.S. and EMEA for corporate, technical, commercial, and operational roles. Partners with hiring managers and HR leadership on workforce needs, sourcing strategies, candidate screening, interviews, background checks, hiring progress, offers, and compensation negotiations. Ensures positive candidate experiences while providing recruiting expertise and market insight.

Supports regional sales teams by managing assigned accounts, coordinating orders and quotes, resolving customer issues, maintaining CRM accuracy, tracking sales activity, and assisting with revenue and quota goals. The role manages tail accounts, coordinates with supply chain and internal stakeholders, supports forecasting and profitability reporting, and escalates complex matters to senior team members.

Owns the full sales cycle for assigned aerospace electronics accounts, from opportunity identification and quoting through negotiation and fulfillment. Builds customer relationships, develops new business, achieves sales quotas, provides technical support, manages profitability, maintains forecasts, conducts customer reviews, and resolves issues. Requires extensive regional travel, strategic sales planning, CRM documentation, and collaboration in a matrixed environment.
