Processes billing for strategic central accounts, generates invoices, maintains billing systems and accounts receivable records, produces monthly metrics, investigates discrepancies, and resolves billing questions. The specialist collaborates with stores, dealers, sales, and strategic account teams on reconciliation issues, documents billing processes, and recommends improvements to invoice and statement procedures and the overall customer experience.

The role requires frequent standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, vehicle operation, and work around automotive equipment and shop conditions.

Grows profitable sales and service revenue through customer development, cold calling, target-account acquisition, fleet inspections, and relationship management. Promotes tire products and services, manages fleet profiles and pricing, tracks account metrics, completes reporting and billing-related tasks, meets revenue and gross-profit quotas, and coaches store and sales personnel. Requires regular customer outreach, account forecasting, and coordination with store teams to improve fleet efficiency and service.

Provides in-person and phone-based customer service and inside sales for tire and automotive services. Quotes prices, inspects and diagnoses tire and repair needs, recommends services, follows up on special orders, and works toward sales, gross profit, and unit goals. Supports store operations including inventory, receiving, warehousing, deliveries, and occasional vehicle pickup and delivery while maintaining safety and customer service standards.
