Develop and execute omnichannel activation strategies for assigned retail accounts to increase brand sales and market share. Responsibilities include shopper and retail media programming, digital shelf optimization, campaign analytics, KPI development, budget tracking, customer planning, creative partner coordination, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Category Insights, and Customer Development teams.

Leads the North American Extended Producer Responsibility program, coordinating cross-functional compliance activities, regulatory reporting, audits, and service providers. Consolidates and validates packaging data, maintains the EPR database, develops dashboards and executive reports, and supports forecasting, scenario planning, risk analysis, and continuous improvement. Translates complex data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.

Supports the Vice President of Supply Chain and Logistics through complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, communications, confidential information handling, and executive materials preparation. Leads follow-up on strategic initiatives, coordinates cross-functional supply chain activities, analyzes operational data, and prepares reports. Manages Pittsburgh headquarters facilities, vendors, contracts, space planning, emergencies, events, workplace experience, and employee engagement initiatives.

Owns strategic supply chain and replenishment relationships with major customers. Leads customer collaboration, business reviews, KPI and scorecard management, replenishment analysis, vendor compliance, deductions resolution, and service improvement initiatives. Partners cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, and IT teams to optimize inventory, sales, costs, customer compliance, and logistics execution. Serves as the customer supply chain subject-matter expert and voice of the customer.
