Develops and markets laboratory services by identifying growth opportunities, generating and managing leads, contacting prospective healthcare customers, implementing business strategies, monitoring industry trends, meeting performance targets, and reporting on marketing progress. Requires adherence to hospital policies and experience in business development or sales within a hospital, laboratory, or healthcare facility.

Provides legal and administrative support to the General Counsel and hospital Legal Department. Responsibilities include contract management, legal research, litigation and discovery support, regulatory filings, policy review, subpoena and medical-record responses, corporate governance, legal-file management, and departmental project tracking. The role requires confidentiality, strong organization, attention to detail, communication skills, and knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA, EMTALA, Stark Law, and the Anti-Kickback Statute.
