Provide front-desk reception and clerical support in a skilled nursing facility: greet visitors, answer phones, maintain resident records, handle mail, operate office equipment, assist with administrative tasks, enforce facility rules, protect confidentiality, and meet physical and health screening requirements.

Handle invoice verification, data entry, vendor maintenance, weekly check runs, 1099 setup/filing, Positive Pay review, expense audits, and support internal departments with AP-related questions and audits. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and assist with month-end close and special projects.

Performs month-end close, GAAP-compliant financial reporting, general ledger entries, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial analysis across multiple locations. Collaborates with Accounts Payable, Payroll, Accounts Receivable, operational leaders, and the Controller to ensure accurate reporting, coding, and supporting documentation. The role also handles ad hoc accounting projects and may require off-hours work during close periods.
