Lead and execute facility marketing strategies to grow census and market share by building referral relationships, giving tours, managing advertising and promotional materials, analyzing market trends, preparing reports, and ensuring marketing objectives meet budget and performance targets.

Handle invoice verification, data entry, vendor maintenance, weekly check runs, 1099 setup/filing, Positive Pay review, expense audits, and support internal departments with AP-related questions and audits. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and assist with month-end close and special projects.
