Edit and fact-check print and web content for Felix, query writers to resolve issues, coordinate with editorial/design/photo/production, manage content workflow and final sign-off, and maintain copy-editing resources and style guides.

Provide administrative support for ad sales including phone coverage, filing, expenses, and calendar management. Manage RFPs, insertion orders, editorial credits, and client communications; prepare competitive reports; attend client meetings and brainstorms. Learn integrated ad sales, brand positioning, and use Microsoft Office plus internal sales systems. Unpaid internship/volunteer role primarily for students or recent grads committing 2-3 days weekly for three months.
