Provide high-level administrative support to the Provost and Vice Provosts, manage complex calendars, coordinate university events and committees, reconcile office budgets and purchasing card statements, maintain electronic filing and sensitive correspondence, supervise a part-time student worker, and oversee day-to-day operations of the Provost's Office.

Analyze financial data, enter and review records in AAMC and Mercer SIS, interpret federal aid rules, and report to the Director of Financial Planning while maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines.

Provide frontline financial aid advising and support: assist students/parents with FAFSA/GSFAPP and documentation, enter and manage student records, coordinate outreach, workshops, orientations, and collaborate across departments to support the financial aid process and student enrollment.

Manage College of Pharmacy financial operations including budgeting, grants/contracts, reporting, accounts oversight, procurement, facilities liaison, Workday entries, and support for College of Nursing (≈25% duties). Prepare analyses, assist deans and chairs, reconcile accounts, approve expenditures, coordinate contracts and IP submissions, and participate in university projects and committees.

Lead collection, development, and analysis of aircraft maintenance data; perform reliability investigations for systems, structures, and avionics; recommend reliability and maintainability improvements; coordinate root-cause analysis with engineering; produce regular reliability reports and briefings; ensure work meets cost, schedule, and quality processes.

Lead reliability and sustainment analyses for aircraft systems: collect and analyze maintenance data, identify trends and root causes, recommend reliability and maintainability improvements, support engineering coordination, prepare briefings, ensure work meets cost/schedule/performance, follow MERC quality processes, and support customer engagement and business development.

Use SolidWorks and AutoCAD to create part and assembly models, fabrication drawings, and electrical schematics per ASME, MIL-STD, IEEE, and ANSI standards; check and approve engineering drawings, support PDM workflow, mentor drafting staff, and support MERC engineering and business development.
