Manage a portfolio of ~100 mid-level individual and corporate donors, cultivate and solicit gifts of $1,000–$25,000, develop corporate partnerships and sponsorships, staff and support an advisory committee, teach fundraising curriculum to fellows, steward donors with creative engagement, and maintain CRM records and reporting to meet revenue goals.

Lead Dog Tag's fundraising strategy and team to meet revenue goals. Manage corporate, foundation, and major donor cultivation; oversee grants calendar and stewardship; partner with CEO, board, and cross-functional teams; manage CRM data (Salesforce) and reporting; build donor pipelines and forecast revenue to support organizational growth.

Manage gift processing, donor acknowledgments, CRM (Salesforce) data integrity, reporting, and fundraising operations. Support CDO on appeals, prospect research, stewardship, and campaign collateral.
