Lead and coach the sales department, manage used-vehicle operations including pricing, inventory, reconditioning, and marketing. Support sales staff, track deals and gross, and ensure customer service, reporting, and departmental goals are met.

Manage dealership finance and insurance processes: structure and desk deals, submit to lenders, ensure compliance, prepare paperwork, audit post-sale deals, expedite funding, and present F&I products to maximize profitability while maintaining required certifications.
