Serves as the headquarters’ first point of contact by welcoming visitors, managing calls and visitor logs, supporting office administration, coordinating meetings and hospitality, maintaining records, routing communications, processing invoices, and reporting facility issues. Requires strong communication, organization, confidentiality, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The position is part-time and scheduled Friday through Sunday.

Assist service customers with vehicle trade-ins by inspecting and appraising vehicles, presenting options, negotiating values and terms, maintaining inventory knowledge, collaborating with sales to meet targets, following up with customers, and keeping accurate transaction records.
