Lead enterprise product strategy and execution across member and employee digital experiences (mobile app, CRM, billing, VillaOS). Own roadmap, write BRDs/PRDs/user stories, run acceptance testing, coordinate cross-functional launches, and reduce billing/CRM issues. Drive quarterly planning, KPIs, and stakeholder alignment to ensure operational readiness and consistent club rollouts.

Lead and manage a team of Membership Ambassadors to drive membership acquisition, orientation, and retention. Hire, train, and coach staff, execute grassroots marketing and sales strategies, support personal training presentations, manage budgets, and ensure club membership and fitness sales goals are met while delivering excellent member experience.
