Supports shipping, receiving, stores, purchasing, inventory control, and production material flow in a manufacturing facility. Expedites parts and work orders, identifies shortages, maintains consumable stock, verifies labels and quantities, prepares shipments, performs cycle counts, and transports tools and materials. The role also supports production control compliance, continuous improvement, safety programs, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.

Support supply chain and production planning by moving and tracking parts, entering data into ERP/MRP, assisting buyers and planners with expediting and shortages, supporting inventory counts and reconciliation, maintaining records and reports, processing purchase orders, and participating in material-flow improvements.

Translate customer purchase orders into daily production plans using ERP/MRP; create and release work orders; monitor production performance; coordinate buyers, engineering, QA, and production; support forecasting, customer communications, and continuous improvement initiatives.
