Process bi-weekly payroll for multiple locations, ensure compliance with federal, IRS, and tribal regulations, manage benefits/deductions, reconcile payroll accounting, support audits, maintain payroll systems, and respond to employee payroll inquiries while preserving confidentiality.

Designs, coordinates, and delivers onboarding and ongoing training programs. Conducts training needs assessments; develops instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning content; manages LMS records and compliance; evaluates training effectiveness; partners with leaders on role-specific onboarding, career pathways, and succession planning; supports employee engagement and HR projects. Occasional travel to worksites may be required.
