Sell INFINITI vehicles by prospecting leads, managing the full sales cycle (greeting, test drives, deal structuring, delivery), staying current on inventory/promotions, delivering excellent customer service to earn repeat business, and meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Greet and assist dealership clients, maintain reception coverage, record customer contacts in CRM, support sales team tasks, handle review responses, and follow company policies to ensure excellent customer service.

Sell new and pre-owned vehicles by understanding product features, building rapport, following up with leads, completing sales profitably, and using the dealership CRM for phone/email/text outreach. Participate in training and maintain vehicle inspection and customer service standards.

Manage the dealership sales department: recruit, train, and coach sales staff; develop sales and marketing strategies; oversee inventory and pricing; appraise trade-ins; structure deals and finance options; use CRM and sales tools to track performance; resolve customer issues; ensure compliance with manufacturer and legal requirements.

Sell new and pre-owned vehicles while meeting profit, volume, and customer satisfaction targets. Prospect, follow up on leads, demonstrate vehicles, conduct test drives, deliver vehicles and explain features/warranty, maintain CRM records, coordinate with service, and comply with laws, safety protocols, and dealership processes.

Provide in-person IT support across dealership locations: troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, configure and install equipment, manage onboarding/offboarding, maintain inventory and documentation, respond to tickets and after-hours emergencies, and lead/assist IT projects while enforcing security best practices.

Sell new and pre-owned vehicles by understanding product features, building rapport, following up with leads, completing fair-profit sales, and maintaining customer records. Perform vehicle demonstrations, inspect automobiles, and participate in ongoing training and dealership screening processes.

Greet and assist customers, manage the showroom waiting area, answer phones, maintain customer contact notes in the CRM and the "up-list", multitask in a fast-paced environment, de-escalate issues, and communicate with management and departments to deliver a first-class customer experience.
