Plan, implement, and monitor the City's digital platforms including social media and website. Lead digital promotion of events with campaign planning, content creation, email marketing, paid advertising, accessibility-compliant visuals, stakeholder engagement, performance reporting, and event support.

Manages municipal fiscal operations and staff, prepares annual budgets and financial reports (ACFR, PAFR), maintains internal controls, oversees accounting, payroll, grants, investments, and debt issuance, and serves as acting Director of Finance when needed.
