Provide administrative support including scheduling, file and document management, technical editing and formatting, report and proposal preparation, coordinating reviews/version control, meeting coordination, and general office duties to support engineers and project teams.

Lead municipal civil engineering projects: assess feasibility, prepare design documents and cost estimates, manage budgets and schedules, attend client and preconstruction meetings, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead traffic engineering projects for DOTs, counties, and municipalities including design of signal, lighting, fiber, signing, and markings; perform traffic operations and impact analyses, signal timing optimization, and crash/intersection safety studies. Support business development and client engagement.

Lead planning and design of municipal civil projects (streets, utilities) for public and private clients. Prepare engineering documents, cost estimates, funding applications, and manage budgets, schedules, and project teams. Supervise staff, participate in client meetings, and oversee project financials and completion.

Design and analyze traffic systems for state, county, and municipal clients. Perform traffic operations and impact analyses, optimize signal timing, analyze crash data, and design signals, lighting, fiber, signing, and pavement markings while supporting business development and client coordination.
