Leads Abilis’s comprehensive fundraising and advancement program, including major gifts, annual and planned giving, grants, corporate partnerships, events, donor stewardship, and community engagement. Sets revenue goals, manages budgets, supervises development staff, cultivates high-capacity donors, partners with the CEO and board, oversees compliance and reporting, and builds sustainable philanthropic support.

Serves as the organization’s first point of contact by managing calls, visitors, mail, deliveries, security procedures, vehicle logs, payments, records, supplies, and office support. Assists with clerical skill development for individuals served while maintaining confidentiality and compliance. Requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, and administrative judgment.

Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising and community events; manage budgets, vendors, volunteers, and committees; solicit sponsors and donors; handle invitations, onsite logistics, and post-event reconciliation; manage development-related social media and collaborate with senior leadership and Finance.
