Partner with engineering leadership on role definition, technical screening, sourcing strategy, talent mapping, compensation benchmarking, offer negotiation, and workforce planning. Use advanced Boolean and X-ray searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, patents, publications, and conferences to build passive candidate pipelines. Provide market intelligence, optimize ATS workflows, and develop long-term engagement campaigns for niche technical talent.

Lead sheet-metal purchasing operations: prevent shortages, manage supplier performance and negotiations, drive inventory and KPI improvements, support NPI sourcing, and lead a purchasing team across multiple sites.

Support transactional purchasing through purchase order administration, supplier communications, and procurement data management. Maintain reports on open POs, shortages, late deliveries, and supplier commitments. Coordinate with Receiving, Warehouse, AP, and Planning to resolve issues, support vendor onboarding and compliance records, and provide daily updates and KPI reporting to buyers and leadership.

Design and develop manufacturable mechanical systems for modular infrastructure: structural frames, enclosures, weldments, and assemblies. Produce fabrication and assembly drawings, BOMs, perform basic calculations and tolerance analysis, support prototype builds, testing, troubleshooting, and manufacturing support with DFM improvements.

Lead electrical system architecture and design for modular infrastructure from concept through production. Produce single-line diagrams, schematics, panel layouts, and calculations; integrate power equipment (generators, switchgear, transformers, BESS, UPS, PLCs). Provide technical leadership across engineering, manufacturing, testing, and NPI; support FAT, commissioning, troubleshooting, and compliance.

Lead engineering execution across multiple concurrent modular infrastructure programs (BESS, modular data centers, Gen Set platforms). Oversee portfolio-level deliverables, align engineering with project management and design leads, report engineering health and risks to Directors, plan capacity and hiring, and develop engineering staff. Ensure design release quality, manufacturability, and cross-functional integration while supporting continuous improvement and adherence to NPI phase-gates.
