Support electrical purchasing through purchase order administration, supplier communication, and procurement data management. Maintain reporting on open POs, shortages, and supplier commitments; provide daily updates and KPI support. Coordinate with Receiving, Warehouse, AP, and Planning; assist vendor onboarding, compliance documentation, and scheduling supplier meetings.

Design and develop electrical systems for modular infrastructure: create single-line diagrams, schematics, wiring diagrams, and production-ready documentation; perform load calculations and equipment sizing; support integration, prototyping, FAT, commissioning, troubleshooting, and manufacturing engineering changes.

Analyze supply chain data to improve inventory health, supplier performance, material availability, and production readiness. Build dashboards and reports, perform root-cause analysis, support procurement and planning, drive continuous improvement and ERP/MRP optimization to improve on-time delivery and working capital.

Lead mechanical design and technical execution of complex modular infrastructure systems from concept through production. Perform engineering analysis, design reviews, prototyping, testing, and root-cause investigations. Provide technical leadership, resolve manufacturing issues, and support documentation, standards, and continuous improvement.

Design and develop manufacturable mechanical systems for modular infrastructure including frames, enclosures, weldments, sheet metal, and equipment layouts. Create fabrication and assembly drawings, BOMs, perform sizing and tolerance analysis, support prototype builds, testing, troubleshooting, and manufacturing integration. Apply DFMA principles and support continuous improvement with up to 10% travel.

Manage customer projects from design through production, maintain schedules and budgets, develop build plans and designs, interface with customers and production teams, prepare cost estimates and status reports, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance.

Design, analyze, and improve manufacturing processes, plant layouts, and integrated systems to boost productivity, quality, and space efficiency. Collect and analyze production data, conduct time studies, and collaborate across departments to implement process and facility recommendations, including sourcing and designing additional manufacturing locations.

Support NPI by embedding quality from concept to production. Lead APQP, develop Control Plans/FMEAs/PPAP/FAI, establish process capability (Cp/Cpk), implement SPC, qualify suppliers, lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions, support audits and ISO 9001 compliance, and drive continuous improvement and training.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations across multi-entity manufacturing sites: month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, AP/AR, fixed assets, job costing, inventory, financial reporting, process improvement, controls, and mentoring accounting staff.
