Develop and maintain referral relationships with criminal justice and community partners to drive utilization of Pyramid Healthcare services. Conduct marketing and outreach, prepare reports, assist with regional financial goals, interface with programs to understand needs, complete required trainings, and perform local travel to expand referral sources and maintain positive community relations.

Generate referrals and sales for behavioral healthcare services by maintaining and expanding referral sources, meeting census and budget goals, preparing reports, and collaborating with programs. Manage facility front office and appointment scheduling, maintain medical records and policy book, perform clerical tasks (phones, filing, copying, faxing, typing), assist with intake and billing, correspond with referral sources, attend meetings and take minutes, and perform other administrative duties. Weekend availability required.
