Design, develop, and deliver sales training and onboarding for outside/inside sales and key accounts across fuels, lubricants, DEF, cardlock, and equipment. Create e-learning, run ride-alongs, coach in-field, reinforce CRM usage (NetSuite), measure training impact, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and HR to improve sales performance and adoption.
