Develop frontend applications, integrations with SaaS and internal systems, CI/CD and IaC pipelines, and observability. Manage and execute high-volume attorney billing and electronic invoicing, ensure billing compliance and accuracy, apply retainer funds and process write-offs, resolve billing issues with attorneys/clients, produce billing analyses and partner reports, mentor junior coordinators, and support collections and special projects.

Manage attorney regulatory compliance (bar admissions, CLE, onboarding, work authorization), maintain Legal Policy Handbook, lead process improvements and technology implementations, oversee reporting and audits, and partner with OGC and talent technology teams to pilot automation and AI tools.

Develop and implement the Tax Practice Groups knowledge strategy, maintain precedents/templates, capture matter data, and build dashboards. Evaluate and pilot legal technology and AI tools, support AI-enabled workflows, produce client alerts and research, assist with RFPs and pitch materials, provide training and mentorship, and collaborate across teams to improve knowledge sharing and practice efficiency.

Provide executive-level administrative and operational support to the Knowledge & Innovation Chief, Directors, and department. Manage complex calendars, travel and expenses, coordinate meetings and events, maintain documents and intranet content, facilitate onboarding, improve workflows, and collaborate with colleagues to support departmental operations and strategic goals.

Lead design, deployment, and maintenance of secure on-premises and cloud network environments. Manage Palo Alto/Cisco/Fortinet firewalls, create VPNs and SD-WAN, optimize rule bases, conduct security audits, identify vulnerabilities, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor junior engineers.
