Lead implementation and optimization of information governance technologies, drive user adoption and change management, develop and deliver IG training, oversee eDiscovery and legal hold processes, ensure integration and compliance across systems, and support policy development and enforcement.

Support the Litigation CDE team with marketing, communications, CRM data entry, research, directory submissions, event tracking, promotional materials, draft pitches, and practice-level initiatives. Coordinate with partners and cross-functional teams and assist with firm events and daily docket tracking.

Support the Legal Recruiting Team by coordinating interviews and candidate visits, preparing materials and reports, maintaining recruiting databases and files, facilitating candidate travel and onboarding, serving as point of contact for candidates and search firms, and assisting with event planning, process improvements, and confidential recruiting tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Support the Litigation Client Development & Engagement team by managing communications, website and CRM content, marketing materials, event and docket tracking, directory submissions, competitive research, and assisting with pitches and firm events. Coordinate cross-practice collaboration and maintain promotional materials to advance litigation client development initiatives.

Support CDE leadership by coordinating project governance, timelines, trackers, and documentation for strategic initiatives; manage cross-functional workstreams, operational processes, vendor and budget coordination; assist technology and AI implementations, create training and adoption materials, and produce executive briefings and status reports to drive timely delivery and process improvements.

Provide administrative support to the Client Development & Engagement leadership and team: manage complex calendars, schedule and prep meetings, handle information requests and expenses, coordinate operations (budget tracking, vendor management, event logistics), develop processes and communications, support large projects and provide backup coverage, and handle confidential materials with discretion.

Lead and manage a team of Billing Coordinators to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant billing for the firm. Oversee workflows, resolve billing issues, report on billing projections, partner on system/process improvements, participate in hiring and performance management, and support attorneys and leadership to meet financial objectives and deadlines.

Performs entry-level litigation docketing and calendar management, monitors court filings, conducts docket searches and quality checks, communicates with attorneys, courts, and vendors, assists with e-filing, and supports the litigation support team with administrative tasks.
