Manages customer accounts in the automotive refinish and collision market, serving as the primary customer contact, developing account plans, communicating product and service value, resolving issues, supporting paint conversions, and driving retention, revenue, profitability, and distributor management. Maintains customer records and communications in Salesforce while coordinating training, resources, and process improvements. The role is fully remote with a local Texas presence and travel up to 50%.

Entry-level rotational program focused on digitalization, automation, data analysis, and business process improvement. The participant will rotate through capacity planning, supply chain, manufacturing operations, continuous improvement, and engineering functions, developing digital tools and implementing solutions across manufacturing plants. The role may require relocation or travel and is designed to build broad technical and operational leadership experience over three years.

Performs manual and automated coating spray applications, prepares and evaluates refinish samples, and conducts experiments simulating customer shop conditions. Investigates product, color, and application issues, determines root causes, documents technical findings, and provides application and color-matching support. Collaborates with R&D, Sales, and Technical Service while training technicians and contributing to cross-functional product testing and optimization.

Manages customer orders, service inquiries, delivery follow-up, and case resolution for assigned accounts. Maintains accurate CRM and ERP records, communicates proactively with customers, resolves issues within service-level agreements, and partners with Sales, Supply Chain, and internal teams. Identifies recurring feedback and process improvement opportunities while supporting Voice of the Customer initiatives and adoption of new systems and processes.

Lead site quality initiatives by executing CAPA, audits, root-cause analyses (5 Why, 8D, FTA), FMEA and control plans; apply advanced statistics, process automation, and predictive quality modeling; maintain QMS/ISO9001 documentation, mentor junior staff, and support sampling and inspection activities to improve product quality.

Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for supply chain and logistics across the Americas. Consolidate budgets, model inventory impacts on working capital, drive cost savings and reporting process improvements, and partner with regional teams to inform operational and financial decisions.

Manage and optimize finished-product packaging, including material qualification, regulatory compliance, cost reduction, consolidation, specifications, and process improvements. Evaluate packaging compatibility and performance through experiments and testing, collaborate with procurement, operations, regulatory, and global teams, support manufacturing scale-up and troubleshooting, and partner with suppliers to advance packaging innovation.

Serve as a technical product resource for market sales, supporting Axalta brands across segments. Train distributors and painters, troubleshoot product issues, run customer education events, support key accounts, manage selling expense, and travel extensively to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Serve as primary customer contact to maintain satisfaction and retention. Develop and execute account plans, document activity in Salesforce, coordinate resources, support paint conversions, prioritize tasks to meet revenue and retention targets, and travel to customer sites as needed.

Manage and grow strategic relationships with national and regional retail partners. Drive revenue, assortment and category growth, promotional and merchandising execution, and cross-functional coordination across sales, supply chain, marketing, and finance. Own account performance through data-driven analysis, inventory and promotional planning, and joint business planning to improve in-stock, profitability, and operational efficiency.
