Serve as a technical product resource for market sales, supporting Axalta brands across segments. Train distributors and painters, troubleshoot product issues, run customer education events, support key accounts, manage selling expense, and travel extensively to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Serve as primary customer contact to maintain satisfaction and retention. Develop and execute account plans, document activity in Salesforce, coordinate resources, support paint conversions, prioritize tasks to meet revenue and retention targets, and travel to customer sites as needed.

Partner with business leaders to implement HR programs (performance, employee relations, development, succession, workforce planning), coach managers, investigate and resolve complex employee issues, drive site-level HR process implementation, and collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver compliant, data-informed HR solutions supporting business outcomes.

Design, implement, and operate enterprise security controls across Azure, M365, and hybrid environments. Support incident response, PKI and key management, DLP, EDR, secure configuration baselines, and Zero Trust operationalization. Collaborate with GRC, Threat & Exposure Management, infrastructure, and application teams to remediate vulnerabilities, embed security into SDLC, and maintain global security platform reliability and compliance.

Develop, manage, and distribute marketing collateral, presentations, and sales tools for the Global Refinish Economy segment. Maintain brand standards, optimize Seismic sales enablement, create training materials, partner cross-functionally to execute campaigns, and support customer engagement programs to drive share and retention.

Lead a sales team (8-16 direct reports) to drive profitable volume growth across a Florida territory. Manage revenue, profitability, distributor relationships, forecasting, territory budgeting, coaching, and customer retention. Travel at least 50% to support distributors, present proposals, negotiate agreements, and implement sales strategies to grow new and existing business.

Support the VP of Investor Relations by developing and executing IR programs, preparing earnings materials and SEC filings, managing shareholder and analyst communications, conducting financial modeling and competitive/market analysis, supporting investor events and corporate development, and delivering insights to executive leadership and the Board.

Serve as technical lead for Japanese OEM accounts, managing customer relationships, supporting product development, quality investigations, launches, approvals, and cross-functional coordination to deliver coatings solutions.
