Serve as the technical liaison between sales and operations to assess customer needs, design customized solutions for critical environments, lead technical proposals and RFP responses, perform site assessments, support pricing/estimating, and develop customer-facing technical materials to drive revenue and ensure executable, compliant service delivery.

Prospect, design tailored lifecycle service solutions, manage sales cycles with technical SMEs, grow initial wins into multi-site and national programs, and maintain accurate CRM pipeline and forecasts to meet revenue targets.

Manage renewals, upsells, and day-to-day client relationships for a book of business. Schedule and administer services using Acumatica and Assignar, generate renewal proposals, hit revenue and profitability targets ($1–2M), collaborate with operations, track sales activity, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Lead and manage all legal functions, advising executive leadership on contracts, compliance, insurance, risk management, disputes, M&A, and employment matters. Draft, negotiate, and oversee commercial agreements, compliance programs, and outside counsel while enabling scalable growth and partnering cross-functionally with finance, operations, HR, and sales.

Manage a book of existing clients to ensure renewals, upsell services, schedule and administer service using Acumatica and Assignar, track sales activity, meet revenue and profitability quotas ($1–2M), collaborate with operations for smooth implementation, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
