Top Tech Jobs & Startup Jobs

Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and operational roles, partner with hiring managers, source passive and active candidates, run interviews, maintain ATS accuracy, track recruiting metrics, and support university outreach and process improvements to hire specialized engineering and operations talent.

Develop and maintain automation and test infrastructure for hardware-in-the-loop and manufacturing validation. Build modular Python/C/C++ test software, automate acceptance test procedures, create data-analysis algorithms, and manage telemetry, CI, and deployment tools to increase test frequency, reliability, and observability across engineering workflows.

Design, implement, and maintain observability, alerting, and developer productivity systems for production and internal services. Instrument services with metrics, logs, and traces, run on-call, respond to incidents, lead reviews, and automate operational workflows to improve reliability and reduce toil.

Execute and own complex hardware test campaigns from setup through data acquisition and analysis. Maintain DAQ/test stands, support instrumentation and calibration, author/maintain test scripts, perform root-cause investigations, and collaborate with engineers to improve test processes and documentation.

Manage formation, negotiation, and administration of service and construction subcontracts. Lead RFPs and bid evaluation, oversee subcontractor performance, resolve contractual issues, coordinate with construction and engineering teams, and maintain contract documentation and reporting.

Design, deploy, and operate multi-building and air-gapped networks; configure switching, routing, firewalls, and fiber WAN; integrate on-prem and cloud (Azure/M365); support and optimize HPC low-latency connectivity; maintain monitoring/alerting; implement segmentation and security; document and troubleshoot complex network issues.

Design, implement, and maintain PLC-based control systems and SCADA/HMI for test stands and production. Build high-reliability C++/Rust services, define software architecture and standards, integrate sensors and actuators, and lead debugging, root cause analysis, and reliability improvements across the automation stack.

Design, document, and implement electrical power, instrumentation, and PLC-based control systems for R&D prototypes and full facility deployments. Produce control panel schematics, wiring diagrams, and electrical CAD drawings; integrate field devices and power infrastructure; support testing, commissioning, and ongoing system improvements.

Design and validate mechanical systems for a greenfield uranium enrichment facility from concept through commissioning. Produce permit-level Revit/AutoCAD drawings, calculations, specifications, and collaborate with multi-discipline teams. Support vendor activities, troubleshooting, and ensure code and safety compliance for HVAC and central plant systems.

Design, build, test, and qualify mechanical mechanisms and structures for uranium enrichment systems. Own product lifecycle from requirements through production, optimize for cost and manufacturability, perform FEA and functional testing (thermal, vibration, shock), conduct root-cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.
