Own full-cycle technical recruiting for hardware engineering, manufacturing, nuclear, and operational roles. Partner with hiring managers, develop creative sourcing strategies, assess candidates, manage interview processes, deliver strong candidate experiences, analyze recruiting metrics, maintain ATS accuracy, and support university recruiting and process improvement. The role is fully onsite in Los Angeles and requires recruiting expertise in specialized engineering or hard-tech talent markets.

Owns manufacturing and production program visibility, operating rhythms, schedules, dashboards, executive updates, and engineering processes. Partners with engineering leadership and cross-functional teams to track priorities, dependencies, risks, and follow-ups; standardizes workflows and drives execution in a fast-paced, regulated nuclear energy environment.

Design and implement motor, drive, and motion-control algorithms for uranium-enrichment systems. Develop control-oriented models, estimation and monitoring algorithms, and integrate, test, debug, and calibrate controls across simulation, bench, and deployed hardware. Collaborate with power electronics, firmware, mechanical, and systems teams; support stability validation through SIL and HIL tools, technical documentation, commissioning, and system improvements.

Design and build test fixtures and instrumented setups for mechanical, thermal, vibration, shock, durability, and materials testing of precision optomechanical enrichment hardware. Develop and execute qualification plans, collect and analyze test data, investigate failures, document results, and partner with engineering teams on corrective actions and design improvements.

Design, build, test, and own precision mechanical structures and optomechanical systems for uranium enrichment technology. Responsibilities include material and coating selection, design optimization, qualification testing, alignment and beam stability testing, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional system integration. The role requires applying mechanical engineering fundamentals and materials expertise to hardware exposed to demanding thermal, chemical, optical, and mechanical conditions in a fast-paced environment.

Lead the company’s IT function, overseeing enterprise platforms, core infrastructure, systems administration, security, uptime, scalability, monitoring, automation, and change management. Partner with engineering and business teams to design, deploy, support, and improve resilient IT systems. Establish standards and best practices, troubleshoot mission-critical environments, and manage Windows, authentication, networking, virtualization, and automation technologies.

Design, build, commission, and improve automated manufacturing equipment, including robotic systems, feed lines, assembly stations, PLCs, HMIs, and motion-control systems. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues; develop documentation and control logic; and collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain to deploy reliable, safe, repeatable production automation.

Support supplier sourcing, qualification, purchasing, material planning, inventory management, and supplier performance tracking for uranium enrichment hardware. Analyze pricing, lead times, availability, costs, and procurement data while coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, operations, finance, and suppliers. Assist with RFQs, supplier onboarding, procurement documentation, and sourcing alternatives for mechanical, electrical, and specialty components.

Assist in developing safety-critical embedded software and low-level firmware for industrial enrichment systems. Support actuator control, high-speed sensor processing, fault-tolerant logic, control architectures, automated testing, hardware integration, debugging, and system commissioning. Work cross-functionally with electrical, controls, software, nuclear, chemical, and manufacturing engineers. Use laboratory instrumentation to troubleshoot real-world embedded systems and contribute to reliable production equipment.

Administer the company’s document control and records management programs to ensure compliance with NRC 10 CFR Part 70 requirements. Maintain document integrity, version control, metadata, approvals, retention schedules, and controlled-document registers. Partner with Quality, Operations, and Engineering, support audits and NRC inspections, improve procedures, and evaluate automation tools for document routing and retention. Serve as the records custodian and ensure accurate record disposition.
