Partner with department heads and senior leaders to coordinate and execute cross-functional initiatives, manage complex workflows, prepare briefings and analyses, resolve operational bottlenecks across budget, staffing, scheduling, procurement, and supply chain, and improve processes to ensure leadership priorities advance and teams stay aligned.

Manage full AP/AR operations including invoice processing, 3-way matching, payments, customer billing and collections, month-end close tasks, corporate card reconciliations, and maintain accounting records. Owner of FP&A for projects: build and maintain forecasts, KPIs, cost and inventory models, capital and cash forecasts, and product cost tracking. Perform ad-hoc analyses, translate business issues into financial models, report variances and insights to partners and executives, and support decision-making across production, engineering, sales, program management, and accounting.

Lead design, integration, and commissioning of BMS/BAS for mission-critical facilities. Architect networks and controllers, develop control sequences and I/O lists, integrate HVAC/EPMS/process systems, drive BIM/Revit mapping, oversee commissioning and FPT, implement FDD and analytics, and ensure OT cybersecurity.

Support monthly close, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, fixed asset capitalization/depreciation, and internal reporting. Design scalable accounting processes, accruals, controls, and documentation. Partner cross-functionally, support audits, and perform GAAP-compliant accounting analyses for a regulated advanced manufacturing environment.

Design, analyze, and support high-power facility electrical systems from concept through commission. Produce Permit-level Revit packages, perform load flow and grounding analysis, troubleshoot equipment, ensure code compliance (NFPA/IBC), and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on power distribution, UPS, standby generation, and monitoring systems.
