Sell integrated security, networking/cabling, and commercial AV solutions; develop and execute annual sales plans; generate new business and manage existing accounts; collaborate with Operations, IT, and Engineering; maintain CRM, forecast opportunities, and present technical solutions to clients.

Design and deliver BAS submittal packages including network architectures, wiring schematics, SOOs, and BOMs for complex HVAC/industrial control systems using AutoCAD and Visio. Collaborate with project managers, sales, vendors, and contractors, generate RFIs, support service engineering, and maintain engineering standards and documentation.

Lead territory sales for integrated security, networking/cabling, and commercial AV solutions. Build and execute annual sales plans, pursue new and existing client relationships, present technical solutions, maintain CRM forecasts, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver complex integrated systems.

Design and review integrated security and low-voltage systems including access control, IP video, mass notification, and related networked devices. Prepare wiring diagrams, construction documents, and equipment specifications; conduct field surveys; collaborate with Sales, Project Management, and CAD drafters; support engineering sales, product testing, and mentor junior staff.

Design and produce complete BAS submittal packages including network architectures, wiring schematics, Bills of Material, and Sequences of Operations for HVAC and industrial controls. Use AutoCAD and Visio, integrate BACnet/Modbus/LonWorks protocols, collaborate with project managers and sales, generate RFIs, and support ongoing service engineering and standards development.

Prepare detailed AutoCAD design and as-built drawings, network/server/power calculations, and close-out documentation for physical security and low-voltage projects. Maintain document repositories, collaborate with engineers, technicians, and project managers, ensure documentation standards, support sales collateral, and improve design processes while managing multiple projects and stakeholder relationships.

Install, program, commission, and troubleshoot building automation systems (Distech, Tridium, Alerton, Niagara). Provide hands-on startup, BACnet MSTP/IP configuration, point-to-point checkout, documentation, on-site training, and ongoing service support. Coordinate with contractors, assist sales/operations, and participate in on-call emergency response.

Prepare and reconcile monthly, quarterly, and annual sales/use and property tax filings; maintain exemption records; respond to tax inquiries; assist with audits, AR/invoicing support, and documentation of workflows and procedures.

Design and review integrated low-voltage security systems (access control, IP video, intrusion, mass notification). Prepare drawings, wiring diagrams, construction documents, equipment specs, and relay settings. Conduct field surveys, ensure code compliance, support sales and installation teams, test new products, and mentor system designers.

Drive new business and grow key accounts across an assigned territory through prospecting, relationship building, estimating from plans/specs, presenting BAS/BMS solutions, collaborating with internal teams, maintaining CRM records, and meeting sales targets.
