Provide pre- and post-award grants administration support for NIH/NIGMS: prepare grant awards, assess allowability of costs, respond to grantee and program staff inquiries, maintain official grant files and upload electronic documents into IMPAC II eAdditions, and interpret grants management policies.

Support GAO Records and Privacy by conducting records inventories, organizing and maintaining electronic and paper records, applying metadata and indexing, assisting digitization and migration, performing quality checks, supporting retention/disposition, and preparing documentation to ensure compliance with federal records management requirements.

Provide HR support across staffing, classification, payroll, benefits, recruitment, employee and labor relations, and position management. Provide administrative and operational support to NIDA intramural programs: manage travel, personnel actions, procurement, meetings, records, databases, communications, SOPs, inventories, reporting, and coordinate committees and special projects.

Perform structural, substantive, and copy edits of analytical manuscripts and correspondence for clarity, style, grammar, format, and compliance. Produce and disseminate documents across hardcopy, softcopy, and web formats; review metadata and tasking; provide QC/QA and guidance to SMEs and lower‑level contractors; support crisis work and ad hoc tasking; attend editorial meetings and communicate status to managers and customers.

Serve as the senior SME for Dietetics across CRAFT sites, standardizing and improving curriculum, training, assessments, and tools. Lead instructor onboarding, synchronize domain SMEs, manage domain projects and platforms (InBody, VALD, cognitive assessment software), support research and POAMs, ensure compliance and training records, attend program meetings and summits, travel to training locations, and obtain required security adjudication and certifications.
