Analyze project, product, and job costs to evaluate profitability, identify variances, and support forecasting. Design and maintain cost-tracking tools in Microsoft Business Central, produce KPI dashboards and financial reports, assist month-end close and audits, and partner with Sales, Operations, Estimating, and Project Management to improve cost controls and decision-making.

Produce detailed AutoCAD structural and piping drawings for water and wastewater facilities, revise drawings per stakeholder feedback, maintain organized electronic files, follow drafting standards, and collaborate with engineers, project managers, contractors, and clients to resolve drawing-related issues.

18–24 month trainee program rotating through shipping/receiving, assistant project management, and project manager duties. Manage project orders, coordinate with production/procurement/shipping, communicate with contractors/vendors, perform estimating and sales support, prospect for new business, and provide in-store customer service and inventory management.
