Oversees multi-site leadership teams, ensures regulatory compliance (DBHDS/DMAS/Medicaid Waiver), quality assurance, incident management, fiscal sustainability, workforce development, and community partnerships. Responds to crises, conducts audits and site visits, supports strategic initiatives, and acts for the State Director as needed.
