Lead end-to-end BI solution design and delivery using Cognos. Drive BI architecture, gather and document reporting requirements, train stakeholders on self-service reporting, and collaborate with DWH, ETL and BI teams. Work with Oracle DW and Informatica and follow SDLC/ITIL processes.

Scope projects, gather requirements, collaborate across teams, and apply software development and project management methodologies in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Lead and manage accessibility testing as an SME in Microsoft accessibility standards and tools. Plan test activities, manage stakeholders, communicate effectively, and coordinate offshore and customer testing teams across assigned products.

Work on web and mobile analytics for Chase, ensuring data collection integrity, defining feature measurement specs, documenting standards, resolving tagging defects, and collaborating with business and technical teams to improve digital customer experiences.

Develop and maintain SAS batch jobs integrated with Unix. Strong Unix scripting required for automation and batch integration. Support data processing, ETL, and interfacing with databases; PL/SQL is a plus. Avoid candidates focused solely on business analytics or risk modeling.

Design and architect BI/data warehouse solutions with strong focus on data quality. Configure SSIS Data Quality toolset, build data quality rules and DQ reporting matrices, and implement ETL (preferably SSIS) solutions for banking and capital markets.
