Senior performance tester responsible for developing and executing performance test strategy using LoadRunner/Performance Center and monitoring tools. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, validates test data/environments, tracks quality metrics, manages defects, enforces SDLC entry/exit criteria, performs root-cause analysis, leads onshore/offshore efforts, and mentors junior staff.
