Manage publicity, communications, statistics, website, and social media for all intercollegiate athletics. Produce news releases, oversee game-day scoring, broadcasts/streaming, photography/video, and reporting to ODAC/NCAA. Supervise assistants, manage budget and student employees, support recruiting publications, coordinate with campus offices, and promote events while ensuring NCAA and institutional compliance.

Provide ABET accreditation documentation and data collection support for engineering programs; maintain lab equipment and inventory; assist faculty with instructional preparation, in-class lab support, and research tasks; coordinate accreditation logistics and update digital and physical records. Flexible part-time role with initial emphasis on accreditation tasks shifting toward broader lab and teaching support.
