Manages core HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding, recruiting coordination, payroll and benefits administration, compliance support, HR documentation, employee records, and policy processes. Partners with managers and employees, supports engagement and retention initiatives, tracks deadlines, coordinates HR vendors, and identifies process improvements. Requires strong confidentiality, communication, organization, HR compliance knowledge, and experience with HRIS and ATS platforms.

Manages dealership client relationships as the primary account contact, leads strategy and campaign discussions, coordinates cross-functional teams, and oversees timelines, budgets, reporting, presentations, and execution. The role identifies account-growth opportunities, ensures accurate and timely delivery, and travels as needed to meet clients.
