Lead analysis and high-level design of end-to-end SAP Sales Order archiving across ECC and CRM. Oversee development, testing, and implementation of archive objects, coordinate across systems, and deliver solutions with both functional and technical SAP expertise in a complex landscape.

Develop Java-based REST services and APIs for the Low/No Connectivity project. Implement service endpoints, write unit tests, fix defects and enhancements, participate in design/code reviews and Agile team ceremonies, and mentor junior engineers.

Provide Tier 2/3 support for messaging and collaboration platforms (Proofpoint, Sendmail, LDAP), ensuring retention compliance, incident/problem/change management, patch deployments, platform metrics, lifecycle activities, and root-cause analysis. Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation, liaise with IT teams and vendors, and maintain daily operations protocols.

Coordinate and lead policy and standards projects for global digital marketing. Manage master policy/spreadsheet, scope and plan initiatives, develop schedules, milestones and deliverables, and engage cross-functional stakeholders including web, IT, legal, security, and privacy teams to ensure alignment.

Assemble, bring up, and debug systems (hardware and software), install/configure PC hardware and software, download and verify drivers, track and triage bugs, collect and document study data, and produce clear technical communications and troubleshooting steps.

Work on an agile team to design and implement an iOS SDK for third-party developers. Develop interfaces, write unit tests, and collaborate with a tech lead, testers, and team members to deliver production-quality SDK components.

Set up and validate virtualization environments (VMware, OpenStack). Test ISC (Intel Security Controller) with security virtual appliances and management consoles. Write Python automation scripts, design and execute test cases manually and via automation. Work with Cisco networking equipment; knowledge of computer architecture required.

Provide bilingual (Portuguese/English) Level 1 technical support: triage, troubleshoot and reproduce issues for McAfee Scan Alert; log and escalate cases in MAX; communicate with Tier II and customers; produce knowledgebase articles and troubleshooting guides; document testing and resolutions; maintain professional customer-facing communication.

Provide senior-level administration, troubleshooting, and leadership for Windows-based production environments. Responsibilities include monitoring, incident and change management, patching, virtualization management, security and vulnerability protection, asset management, and mentoring junior staff to meet SLAs and engineering governance.

Develop stand-alone Windows desktop applications using C# WinForms. Design high-level architecture, implement to specification, integrate with USB/serial devices and firmware, use XML and WMI, coordinate with other developers, and track/resolve defects.
