Execute predefined software installations and tests in a controlled lab, document system setups and results, assist with lab layout and rewiring, troubleshoot PC hardware, and configure Windows client/server OS and software. Collaborate with the team and follow software testing principles.

Manage relationships and deliverables with EDA vendors (Synopsys, Mentor, Ansys, Cadence); align tool roadmaps with PDK releases; coordinate vendor deliverables with internal design automation teams; resolve tool defects; report status to stakeholders; interface with process, design and DA teams; provide technical leadership and project execution; produce documentation and presentations.

Provide Level-1 desktop and laptop support for hardware, software, peripherals and VPN users. Troubleshoot, image and configure systems, manage warranty/vendor RMA, perform maintenance/changes, escalate complex issues, and communicate status to users and service desk. Support may include after-hours on-call work.

Design, implement, and maintain network security solutions (firewalls, IDS/IPS, proxies, routers). Perform packet analysis, incident identification and remediation, risk analysis, and produce process documentation to protect telecom and client networks.

Lead design and development of Salesforce solutions, implement custom Apex and Lightning components, integrate Salesforce with back-end ERP systems (e.g., SAP/Oracle), guide developers, and configure enterprise-scale SaaS implementations.

Develop a user-facing portal to manage pre-production samples, integrating with device management via ServiceNow. Build responsive front-end UI, consume SOAP/REST APIs, and work with CMS and inventory/validation lab systems. Produce maintainable web applications using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and JavaScript frameworks.

Provide maintenance, support, and troubleshooting for LAN, Windows servers, VMware infrastructure, and disaster recovery. Perform system/security administration, help desk support, vendor liaison, inventory management, audits, and evaluate hardware/software acquisitions.
