Provide technical leadership and Level 3 24x7 support for UNIX/Linux server and storage infrastructure. Perform capacity planning, HA and DR design, configure virtual servers and SAN storage, manage HP-UX/AIX/Solaris/RHEL systems, implement patching/deployments, troubleshoot hardware/software, maintain monitoring, change control, and technical documentation. Coordinate with remote teams, vendors, and clients.

Administer, tune, upgrade, and optimize DB2 databases in z/OS and AIX environments. Support application teams on performance tuning, design physical data models, implement backup/recovery, enforce security and standards, and perform capacity planning.

Lead design and implementation of identity and access management solutions for customer-facing digital products. Define business architecture, risk management and assurance models, ensure regulatory compliance, manage product roadmap, prioritize requirements, oversee development and acceptance, and coordinate stakeholders to translate quantitative analysis into actionable strategies.

Provide Level-2 desktop, laptop and peripheral support, troubleshoot hardware/software, LAN and VPN connectivity, maintain and deploy system images, coordinate OEM repairs, perform maintenance and moves, support remote users, document procedures, and recommend hardware/software solutions while meeting SLAs and customer satisfaction.

Responsible for monitoring, maintaining, patching, and securing enterprise Oracle and SQL databases, maintaining documentation and inventory, coordinating backups and disaster recovery, interfacing with vendors and infrastructure teams, performing troubleshooting, and participating in on-call rotations and acquisition/divestiture activities.

Lead low-to-medium complexity IT infrastructure and collaboration projects end-to-end: define requirements, manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, change control, stakeholder communications, delivery acceptance and handover, and contribute to PM community and business development.

Provide organizational change management (OCM) strategy, planning, and communications for an ERP implementation (preference for SAP). Lead OCM activities, stakeholder engagement, and communications across the project. Contract position based in Saint Charles, IL for 11 months, start ASAP.

Provide on-site hardware and software desktop support for laptops/desktops and printers. Troubleshoot Windows OS and Office suite, Adobe and Java issues, map network printers, resolve network and patching issues, and support conference room hardware. Strong diagnostics, communication skills and industry certification required.
