Provide reactive and proactive technical support to external customers: troubleshoot incidents, qualify/escalate to Tier II, document issues and solutions, maintain support web pages, work with networking, OS, SQL CLI, SIEM, and device hardware.

Lead delivery of medium-to-large network storage and infrastructure projects, managing scope, budget, schedule, risks, change control and stakeholder communications. Coordinate delivery teams, ensure quality, acceptance, handover to operations, and identify revenue opportunities. Report status, enforce governance and produce project documentation and testing for service applications.

Manage end-to-end supply chain planning to meet service and cost objectives: forecasting, MRP and SAP data entry, inventory optimization, PO/return processing, customer support, cross-functional coordination including domestic and Japan teams, and root-cause analysis for planning exceptions.

Lead legacy-to-.NET modernization for batch workloads: assess and convert IBM Mainframe COBOL/JCL to .NET, design architecture and data access (IMS/SQL), install runtime, assist with batch scheduling/printing, and support UAT and implementation.
