Join the Enterprise Service Management team to design, deploy, administer, and support service management applications (HPE BSM, uCMDB, ServiceNow, NewRelic). Partner with stakeholders to analyze requirements, troubleshoot and debug integration/interface issues, log and track support tickets, maintain documentation and collaboration sites, develop scripts or client code (Perl/Groovy/Jython/Python/Java/REST), and assist testing and issue resolution.

Design, develop, and support Windows and web applications and web services using .NET (C#/VB.NET, ASP.NET). Work with SQL Server (SSRS/SSIS) and Oracle, participate in full SDLC, produce technical specifications, and collaborate with team members and internal customers. Support and configure COTS solutions.

Provide expert Wintel system administration for 24x7 production environments: manage Windows Server, AD, Exchange, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), networking, PowerShell automation, monitoring, patching, incidents/changes, security, capacity, asset management, and mentor junior staff to meet SLAs.

Design, develop, and test a web-based self-assessment and monitoring tool with web database design. Build website features, implement validation processes, and train a supervisor on document management (upload/delete).

Develop and enhance a retail engagement analytics product by implementing data engineering solutions: build real-time data flows, work with NoSQL stores, support data infrastructure and visualization, clean and prep noisy datasets, and recommend improvements to data reliability, efficiency, and quality.

Design and build cross-platform automation frameworks and automated tests for complex, integrated systems and APIs. Collaborate with developers and program managers, mentor junior QA, debug test and development code, perform manual and exploratory testing, and analyze Windows internals and crash dumps. Work in Agile/SCRUM environments and promote QA productivity through tools and best practices.

Provide reactive and proactive technical support to external customers: troubleshoot incidents, qualify and escalate to Tier-II, liaise with Tier-II, document issues, and create support knowledgebase content.

Lead architecture and execution of a large application migration from a legacy data center to modern data centers. Analyze application portfolio, define migration groups, design the migration factory, advise on cloud (private/public), virtualization, containerization and DevOps strategies, and coordinate onshore/offshore teams for analysis, remediation, and deployment.

Lead infrastructure and desktop IT projects: manage scope, schedule, budget and risks; coordinate large matrix teams and vendors; remediate security audit issues; create project plans and status reports; enforce PMBOK and change management practices; present to senior stakeholders and governances.

Develop, update, test, and support CygNet SCADA scripts and interfacing .NET/messaging queue applications; monitor production, provide application support, and maintain documentation.
