Lead and supervise the Remote Experience & Scheduling team to coordinate mobile service, pickup & delivery, and shop appointments. Monitor KPIs and vehicle utilization, ensure Ford CX Remote Experience standards, train and coach staff, handle escalations, analyze scheduling data, and continuously improve scheduling workflows and customer experience.
